Well, I was kind of dumbfounded yesterday, with hearing my babies heartbeat and all. Becuase of losing 2 already in the first month or two, I have remained smart and not let this birth get to me. However yesterday when I went in I was expecting to see a ball, maybe like a golf ball sized ball but a ball none the less.
Well it turns out it isn't a ball, he had a head and we could make out a hand, Then the doctor turned on the sound and I could hear my boys heartbeat, and teh tear and emotions came over me and they still do typing it right now. It was amzaing, so Andrea is 11 weeks pregnant, and the doctor said everything looks good. And the following are words from the doctor "Damn he's big" and "He moved"? Even the doctor was suprised he moved, he didn't like having someone touch him.
Now for some explaination, I call my Baby a he to keep the the dream alvie I have a boy, I want anything healthy but if I can hope..I hope boy.
There's nothing in the world like that moment bro. I'm right there with you. My heart and hopes will remain vigilant for the both of you while your little (guy?) grows inside mommy's tummy. My love to the both of you and I look forward to seeing more posts.
